Who I am | Therapist in Vancouver
As a therapist in Vancouver, I invite you to tune in—gently and steadily. Together, we walk through what feels tender, tangled, or unclear.
I hold deep respect for the quiet parts of our experience—the moments we often carry alone. These silent spaces shape us in ways we often don’t acknowledge.
I focus on what lives beneath the surface: the patterns we repeat, the longings we ignore, and the moments when words won’t come. Instead of rushing to fix, I stay close and help make meaning of what’s unfolding.
What shapes this work is more than training or tools. It’s the space we build together—a place where emotions breathe, needs speak, and quiet shifts begin.
This work is not about forcing change. It’s about staying present—with warmth, clarity, and care.
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #212121) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors.
My registration reflects my training, ethical commitment, and dedication to professional standards in counselling.

Who I work with
I work with individuals and couples navigating emotionally complex places—internally, or in their closest relationships.
Some are dealing with anxiety, low mood, or a quiet sense that something’s off—feeling disconnected from themselves or others. For others, it’s about transitions like separation, migration, or changes in identity that leave them feeling unsettled.
I also work with couples who feel distant but not done—partners who want to reconnect, but keep getting caught in the same painful patterns.
Behind it all, there’s often a quiet hope—that things could feel different, and that it’s okay to not carry it alone anymore.
How I work
The work we do together isn’t about fixing, rushing, or performing. It’s about creating a space where you can slow down, tune in, and feel safe enough to be honest—with me, and with yourself.
My approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), ACT, and other relational, emotion-based models. But more than any method, what matters is the connection we build—a space where your emotions are welcome, and your experience matters.
Sessions are collaborative and flexible. Some days there’s clarity; some days there’s just a feeling, or silence. All of it is welcome.
We pay attention to the emotions that show up—not as problems to solve, but as signals that can lead us somewhere meaningful. Over time, you may begin to feel more connected, more able to name what you need, and more free to be who you are—with yourself and in your relationships.
